1. We Guarantee our Products: We hope that you enjoy the items that
you are going to order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
Bilingual Books for Kids, Inc. © purchase, you can return it and receive
a replacement, an exchange or your money back. Please just send the items,
in re-salable condition and insured by the United States Postal Service, with
your original shipping receipt and the reason for the return within 15 days
from the date of the invoice to:

Please be advised that only unmarked and unstamped books are returnable
and videos are not returnable unless defective.
2. Note Some of these bilingual titles are not available for
periods of time due to inconsistent printing by some publishers. As such,
there will be times when some titles are temporarily not available. We
will make all efforts to provide you with your choices and when we receive
your order, we will notify you if there is a problem or if there will be
a delay in fulfilling the order.
3. For stock items, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Out-of-stock or special order titles may take up to 8 weeks for fill.
